1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the gsc33 website accessible at https://gsc33.onl along with all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the gsc33 platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal user account validly registered on the gsc33 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash amount in a user's account after deducting any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, offer or reward granted by gsc33 to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Pertaruhan" or "Wagering" refers to the amount a user must wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user into their account using a valid payment method.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any service provided by gsc33, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published on this platform.

3 Account Registration

Any account found to be in breach of any of the above conditions may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and any balance in that account may be forfeited depending on the findings of the investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gsc33 provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all available payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• gsc33 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gsc33 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonus offers are subject to specific conditions that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: gsc33 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,500. Example: A deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 to be wagered before a withdrawal is allowed. For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus is RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• gsc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the promotions system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.

The gsc33 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members across four tiers: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Eligibility to advance to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity from time to time.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the gsc33 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and arcade games — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be reviewed within the game interface.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence of a system malfunction.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, gsc33 reserves the right to cancel or replay the round in question based on the stored system records.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as stated in the respective game interface.
• The use of automation software, bots or third-party tools that manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

7 Accepted User Conduct

All gsc33 users are required to behave in a responsible and respectful manner. The following are prohibited on this platform:

• Fraud, falsification of account information or use of another person's identity.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion between players or any form of conspiracy to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gsc33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• At the user's own request for the purpose of self-exclusion or responsible gambling.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the gsc33 customer support team, available 24/7. Any valid cash balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, unless the account is closed due to fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

gsc33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Loss of internet access or technical disruption on the user's end that causes a game session to be interrupted.
• System failure or technical malfunction beyond gsc33's control, including disruptions from third-party service providers.
• Game outcomes resulting from the player's own errors, including incorrect bets or unintended gameplay.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's negligence in maintaining password confidentiality.

gsc33's liability in any situation is limited to the value of the user's current account balance at the time the incident occurs, and does not cover any anticipated profits or indirect losses.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

gsc33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be published on this page along with the most recent update date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the gsc33 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of that amendment. If you do not agree with the amendment, please stop using the platform and contact our support team.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

gsc33 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory standards set by the relevant licensing authority. All disputes arising from the use of this platform must first be resolved through gsc33's internal dispute procedure.
